no i was not given a pill to dissolve and yes, i have stopped taking the pills.

the only significant change to my diet was eliminating potatoes, wheat products and dairy.

Try one dose of Nux Vomica 30C. A dose is roughly 3 pellets--let melt in your mouth.

I've picked Nux Vomica because it's known for excessive sneezing, worse in the morning and better from keeping busy.

Let me know if you don't know how to find this remedy, usually the health food store is a good place to start.

Snoopy - I have also cured sneezing with Nat Mur with the same indications as you have mentioned!!! Nat Mur is also a big allergy remedy. IMHO we need many more details before we can prescribe!!

I agree with Ricky - there is no way you can prescribe on Sneezing as a characteristic with a lot more of the case presented. Be cautious with the remedies - Be sure of your prescription.
