I have bit my tongue about 6 weeks ago and it will not heal despite trying all trad methods. The cut is fairly ulcer like now and it is driving me mad. Can anyone help?

I was thinking more in the lines of Carbo Animalis which is a good healer for persistant ulcers etc.

Please, nativeson, let's not try to identify people. Oliver Scott's best chance for good advice is to expand on his symptomology, as Ricky has requested. Most people are unlikely to do so in a public forum without some measure of anonymity.

To Oliver Scott:

Not knowing the symptoms of your problem,
I would say that a good choice might be
Argentum Nitricum 6X to heal. If you have any
of the following complaints, I would indeed
look to it:

Incoordination, loss of control, want of
balance. Desire for sweets. Have experienced
long and continued mental exertion. Chills.
Back pain. Colic. Rigidity of calves,
unsteady walk, numbness of arms. Gastro-
enteritis. This remedy is a most excellent
choice for irritated and ulcerated parts of
any mucous membrane, especially for head
symptoms, the nose and mouth.

If I had any of these symptoms, I would
run not walk to the nearest apothecary, and
purchase Arg Nit 6X. Perhaps I would do it
also, even if I didn't have any of these
corresponding symptoms, because it is just
liable to relieve you of your problem, and
you can get on with your business, whatever
that may be. (So said Hamlet to his friends
after his audience with his burning father).
"My tables! Meet it is I set it down!..."
