GM,
I've just recieved some more info/ insights from his teacher.May help. She observes that he has been slower to develop in his playing and social skills than some children his age. He walks into a room and doesn't know his place , is better at playing alone. He is one of the oldest in his class, yet the younger children have an easier time playing more complex imaginary, deeper play. He is still mostly playing on the side with the younger children. He knocked his head hard today in class, and she could tell that it hurt badly, but he wouldn't cry, or admit that it hurt, and when she told him to sit down and put ice on it, he said, "NO! I WILL NOT!" Got openly angry. This was the very first time that he has been defiant w/ her. She observed that she has noticed suppressed anger w/ him for a long time. Also, one of the phrases he uses alot is "NEVER" as in "i will NEVER get to ...." He has never had a throat infection, but has had antibiotics twice when he was very young, for an ear infection. I have since seen all illnesses out w/out antibiotics. When he was under a year old, he developed moist , scaly, excema on the outside of his ankles. I did not suppress, only removed dairy and soy from his diet for a while and it eventually cleared up . As a baby, he suffered from hot, inflamed, raw, diaper rash that would last for weeks, I did not suppressw/ medicine, but sometimes used a barrier creme when he had to wear diaper for a long time. He has ONE TIME had an attack of hives, from hot bath (???) He does have moles, and sometimes scaly, dry skin in back of ears. Alot of ear wax. This may sound strange, but he has been more confident and expressive ever since he had his long hair cut off. He had long ringlets and was sometimes called a girl, when it was cut (on his request) he acted more indapendant. I hope this helps, THANKS< K stClaire |

HMMM, the hair thing, it reminds of me as a kid......same thing.
But i wonder, did he ever getr a catscan of the head, in some cases where the caesarean procedure is used, you will find that the back is not strecthed as it should be, and this can cause a pressure upun the brain at the skull base, because of retention fluid, the cerebrospinal fluid, and some cases have disturbances from this in the lower back causinf colics, did he have colics befeore you removed the milk? Its peculiar, but when i went through it, i find sulphur symptomes, but also natrium, and some calcium, as this with the head today, its natrium behaviour. If the rash on the ancles was urticaria, then the remedy is natrium mur, not calc or sulph. |

GM,
Sounds good, We have nat mur at 30x pot, and would have to order 6c. Would 30x be good? Also, something else I remembered, Think it may factor in, is that he usually asks alot of questions about death, is fascinated by seeing dead bugs/birds and things. Thinks ALOT about God and asks alot of difficult to answer questions, such as, "Is God a man?" "Where is GOd?" and many ,many others that i can't think of right now. It is obvious that he thinks about these things ALOT, because out of the blue he will mention something about the death of a family member, the funeral home, etc. Is this a Nat mur symptom? About the colic, He cried alot as a baby, but it was more from overstimulation rather than intestinal pain. Around the time of the excema i do not remember alot of colic pains. He did get diarhea frequently, soft hot stools that irritated and caused the rash i described above.. I plan to have him see a chiropractor, but have been putting it off because he is so irate and panicced at any doctor, that he screams and lashes out even hitting the doc. I have to carry him in and right now i'm dreading that. Hoping to prevent that somehow . THANKS [This message has been edited by stClaire (edited 04 November 1999).] |
