My daughter has not been sleeping for some time until about 4:00 AM, even though she lies in bed all night trying. Then she has to sleep in all day. Along with this she has back pain from tension (dorsal region, scapulae to base of neck.) Her chest feels constricted as if it will implode, especially on expiration. She keeps saying she can't breathe. She says she feels that all her energy is tied up in tension. Rocking back and forth sometimes relieves the tension, or other movement. Trapezius feels drawn. Inability to concentrate, worse at night. Feels anxious but not fearful, indecisive. Discontent, but unable to take action to change things. Dull headache in forehead, irritable (3) but very controlled, feels frantic. Lump in stomach as if food doesn't digest. Some loose stools, watery. I feel that she is overstressed from other people's problems, which she takes on, trying to help. People really expect a lot from her as she has always helped. She is a very sweet and cooperative girl, has needed a lot of Puls and Sil, some Med, some Phos, and the last few years, Carcinosin. She was always a night owl, since day one she was up till 1:00 AM. She was very healthy until the last few years, when she seems to be in a state of collapse. She has slowed down her activities to almost nothing, but doesn't feel any better. She is in love in a frustrating situation. She is very conscientious. She is crying a lot. Says she does not "feel like Pulsatilla." Help? Thank you.

This reminds more of natrium mur, sulphur. The key is the stone in the stomach, and the rocking amel, it point also some how to colocynthis, staph.Silicea could also be an option. its a deep seated fear. Have some of the symptomes change, or are new ones after some of the remedies you have given? You seem to use too many, to fast, to often.....

I gave her Phos a month ago to control menstrual bleeding, and it helped. The other remedies were awhile back. She took Carc in the early summer.
She cried when I was coaching her through some relaxation. Said she felt better from crying, but the relaxation exercise didn't really help her. I massaged her and she liked hard massage, but I don't think it helped her breathe. She doesn't have the strength to argue, so she does just whatever people want her to do, even if she would rather not. We do not ask her to do anything at all as others want her time and attention and that's all she can handle. But we have told her that she can't spend so much time on them. She comes home and can't do much. She is very studious, so I have often thought of Sulphur for her. Does it sound right at this time?

Thank you both for your thoughts, I am looking into them and will post further symptoms as they arise. Oh, yes, she did complain of a discharge that smells like fish. Does that clarify or confuse?

Natrium, and medhorrinum has that fishy smell .
I would think one of the two, Natrium ould fit, and its a follower of carc, and som mat med i dont recognize at all, has a nearby Natrium picture of carc, so check the mat meds, Allens is the best to use, newer ons are unreliable, exept for vermeulen, that id a fairly good mat med, i use as a desktop, Allens as a confirmatory(its so big).
