You are definitly a Sepia, Only two remedies has joy during thunderstorms: Sepia, and Carinocinum. Carcinocinum may be a follow remedie, must be used later, if cancer in the family.
One dose is 3 pills, and use one dose M, now, and report back, works up to 2 months, then we shall see if its needed with LM,
Usage of LM: dissolve one pill, in a 100 ml bottle containing a mix of alcahol and water use 1-2 parts of cognac 8-9 parts destilled water.
Dosages: before taking any of the bottle, always sucuss it( hit against a book) 5-12 times depending on reaction to doses, then take a teaspoon( or a tablespoon) into a cup of water, stir vigourosly, and from that take one spoon, throw the rest away, repeat next day, using a fresh spoon/cup. (can also be taken more often). Continue if feeling better, until a hard aggravation comes, then stop, take no more of it, it shall usually dissapear in three days.If a small tolerable and short agg occures, continue with the remedie.Reocurrences, or aggravations of a problem shows it works. But if this happens, after a bettering, within the remedies work time, it shows that the remedie owerworks, and must not be used anymore, and if not gone in three days, a suit able antidot must be chosem.
If on the otherhand,a new agg ocurres witin a year, or more, it shows that all was not gone,( or you do somthing to start this over again) you take a higher potence, if it dont work, use a lower potence, always use a potence that is never before used, either in lower or higher.
During use of Sepia, avoid coffe, choclate, coca cola, vineagar, citrus, acids, as they do antidote the remedie, tobacco can also do that. Print this out,and keep it.

DONT USE KAVA, OR OTHER HERBS DURING SEPIA, AND STAY AWAY FROM YOGA, AS IT ALSO CREATES BACKPROBLEMS MORE IF YOU HAVE THEM FROM BEFORE.
USE ALWAYS SHOES WITH SHOCK ABSORBERS, BOTH IN AND OUT.

Is there something I can take to replace Kava to alleviate monthly cramps? Or will the Sepia/chiro treatments help with cramps?

Sepia will take them completely,(kava will hinder sepia from doing that, ride one horse at the time, please) and the chiropractic adjustments will assist in that, but no more than five chiropractic adjustments, then leave it alon at least a month, pref more. Remeber to wear shoes with shockabsorbers all the time.
