That's what I also thought at first sight. But on reflection, I would say to have a look at thuja too. Both Lyc and Thuja have them more on the jaw and the chin. Psor around the mouth and the lips involved is also thuja, causticum, some kalisalts if I remember well and nit.ac, especially when they sting. Another that comes to mind is calc.c. love of creamy foods. Does he have any issues with suffering of others? then you may want to look at causticum. what shape and consistency are the warts? any pains in them and if so, what type? Any discharge?

Correction. sulphur! Thuja has agg uncovering feet, does not fit the picture, sulp has indication to, and is the closest to Lyc, and if because feet is hot, its Sulphur, undoubtly, it is also indicated by the drs (allopaths)medications, thuja is not.

Pps. and if he uses a corticosteroid inhaler, phosphorus may be the first remedy here, to take block from it, follow up remedy, is undoubtely calcium carb, after sulphur.
Try sulp first and if no responce give phos, and then sulp followed by calcium carb.
The child shows a well known pattern of vaxine damage, allopathic suppression, and heat from steroids. And hav mercurius in the back of your mind, it may come in handy.

Wow ........father is phosphorous
Have given sulphur occasionally
and Calc carb .......Thuja has had best effect

Inhaler only used very very rarely

NO INNOCULATIONS because of slight tendency to Asthma with change of weather

Temperament much much better after Thuja
but still takes off socks

Warts almost gone too

Guess we need to rotate this lot

any suggestions of how when and frequency

Be aware that thuja in this case may act as a supressor, causing big troubles... Sulp is the only one indicated after Kent, based on your info in the post.
