Tyroid patients is not my speciality, other can help better on this particular subjekt than me.
Dorothy:As for me and my "things", well your rigth,it should have been undone, but from time to time, it goes as it goes, im not perfect, and the answer to it you find in a rubric under mind, aversion to certain persons.
Even a homeopat is not perfect, only homeopathy it self, can be titulated perfect, i realize that, do others?
Thank you for your kind advice, i try the best that i can, to respect the advices from the elders.
Hope you are helped by some of what i have mentioned.

GM no disrespect to yours or Bens or anyone elses skills as my homeopath would have said experience is everything

If its Alumina, Alumen, or Thyroid I do know all the symptoms and only too happy to try and help

The number of foods etc which people do not realise are contaminated by Alumina or Alumen is HORRENDOUS

Dorothy ~ Re taking much vitamin E, here's some wisdom from Adele Davis:
While it's a great supplement to aid circulation, scar resolution, and so much else, anyone with high blood pressure probs or heart damage (for example, from rheumatic fever) should begin LOW -- taking no more than 100 IU of E a day for the first 6 weeks, then increasing slowly thru 125 and 150 IU/day by another 6 weeks later. Daily adults needs may be around 140-210 IU from all sources (food and supplements) -- but every TBSP of oil you eat requires another 100 IU of E to balance it. If you need to use low doses of E, then reduce your dietary (extracted) oil intake way down to make best use of the E you take.
