Respected Drs,
A pt.has 20 percent motility in sperm count which medically should atleasr be 60 percent.Which homeo medicines to raise the motility.Thanks.

I bet if you take the whole case and prescribe on the totality, and not just the sperm motility, things are bound to improve.

Check the semen report for viscosity. If it is high, it could be the cause of poor motility.
HE could probably have a varicocoele which will have to be treated - mostly surgically.

And as Carol said, he'll have to avoid high temperature/heat in the groin area - and loose garments are the answer.

The consitutional similimum could help all these problems in time if he's willing to be patient.

One reason could be present of pus cells. Give him Calc Sulph 6x for two weeks.
