Due to uncontrollable circumstances I don't have more than this:

Male, middle aged, agressive/ambitious professional, in good health with a tendency towards fat.

Believes himself to be guided by divine energy, capable of great leadership; meglomaniac.

Subject to violent outbursts if even slightly challanged. If questioned about any statement will use foul language and scream, even with total starangers.

Believes that people who do not follow his directives have not understood him and are stupid.

Although he works as a health professional and seems to be imbued with a desire to help those in pain, he can be callous and uncaring of the sick person.

I believe he is constipated and suffers from head aches.

Any suggestions?

The meglomania, divine will. outbursts strongly suggest Veratrum Albmum.
Often other remedies won`t work if this layer is on top.

It looks like a typical textbook Verat.A. case to me as well.

I've read everyone's response and I beg to differ. I know a person who acted this way. He was helped with Nat Mur 6x. 4 tabs 3-4 times daily. It's a cell salt, could help with the constipation, too.

Quite possible mamma3, but we have little info and we have gone on that. I hope you mean acting like the original posting, for His Billness is way beyond that.
