32 years of Thyroid Disease Originally Graves Disease then operation now Auto Immune Hashimotos Disease

Dedicated Homeopath tried in vain to find Constituional remedy

Belladonna has some effect on recurrant feverish/ flu like sessions

Is lachesis tried? Use low in case.X30-200.then go up till M.
The arthritic nosode i havent tried, but i know whats happening in the joints, it is often a fungal invasion from the intestes, that balance ougth to be treated.
Penicillinum may be a very good choice.
Ask your self and the patient, what is it he cant get grasp on in this world? That will tell you the remedy.

can you give soem more detail about his mental state, because we can give you countless remedies and you can of course try them all, but it sounds like he needs speedy relief. Arhtritic nosode must be clearly indicated for it to give relief. my experience has shown me that if all else fails, you retake your case on the totality of symptoms, istead of on the rather vague 'arthritis in the base of the thumbs. Also the syndromes of which he suffered before do not tell us anything. And have you noticed whether he gets better or worse form movement? if better, Rhus might be indicated, otherwise is worse, try Bryonia. Ofcourse you only give any of the advised remedies if the totality of symptoms fit. Watch out for treating diseases - we treat people.

Natrium lyes first in the picture, does the patient use thyroxine?
In case, some symptomes may, and i say may come from the thyroxine,
Then we may hav another remedie behind, but we have to use NM first, and seponate thyroxine, when done with that, go through the picture again, and see whats left or new, and choose a new remedie from that.
