You mention that the patient has used lots of antibiotics. It is known since 1946 0r 7 that antibiotics settle in the bonemarrow. This could be an indication as well. Julian has two or three provings in his MM, suggest you read up on them.

Household with Cats and poor hygeine due to stupid mother more effect on health

Since age 23 married and no more stomach upsets etc due caring wife and clean house

Avoids all contact with allopathic drugs if poss .......only takes Thyroxine ......Diet is basically organic and very careful due to wifes severe allergy to Aluminium

Also tried homeopathic Thyroid

Cleared picture with Sulphur

Have not combined remedies

Suggestions made so far have been looked up in Boerickes but make no sense

Use a better matmed as Vermeulen, Boerike is a beginners book.
If any problems related to the mother, check lac can, it also goes on the thyroid, but it may be calc carb, that is of use her.
If natrum was tried, it may not hve worked because thyroxin is antidote, if you have difficulties is it best to use lm frequent.
And what potence?How long, how many doses?
