Try Bach's Rescue Remedy. You can get it at any decent health food/vitamin store. It's a tincture. Put a few drops in a small bottle of water and sip it as needed. Worked for me.

Aconite 200 a day prior to flight and Belladona 200 on flight day are recommended.

I always give Arg. Nit. 30 the night before, in the morning and then half an hour before the flight. Never had it fail yet!

Rochelle

I have tried Arg.Nit for fear and anxieties particularly affecting stomach and stool and found it excellent.I will try the same , if I get a patient of flight anxiety.Have you ever tried Belladona for air sickness in aviators. It is a preventive medicine also.I found this in Boreik Materia Madica.

Have cured several with Mandragora, one dose x200, is enough, its a indication for mandragora.
The others have it not.

Unless it's anxiety from fear of heights and then I'd look at Sulphur 200C

Gelsemium 200 got me on a flight after 11 years of not wanting to fly - I had taken Arg Nit before but got a panic attack 20 minutes before the flight so got out the Gels & hopped on board. I have heard other cases of giving Arnica & Cocculus for jet lag too along with Gels.
