Hi..
I need to know if there is any suitable homeopathic therapy for the treatment of asthma in a child. This is for my daughter who is 4 years old.
She has been on steroid treatment for the past 8 months (daily inhaled steroid). However as soon as the dosage levels are reduced her health deteriorates once again.
We would like to know if there are alternatives to a continued reliance on high-potency inhaled steroids.
I would appreciate any help/ suggestions.

By proper presentation of the case,asthma can be completely curable under correct Homoeopathic treatment.

There serval remedies come to my mind -Ipecacuanha, Nat, Sulph, I ben told drinking a lot of water doesn helps. Best thing is to do is see a Doc.

3. Food habits

4. How is the stomach

Arsenicum 6 and Ipec 6 in alternation , with an interval of 1 hour provide immediate relief in asthma.

Homeodranwer - Does this work for ALL asthma cases? Do you mean take the remedies straight after one another and repeat hourly or Ars 6 then an hour later take Ipec 6?

First Arsenicum.Alb 6 then after an hour Ipec 6 agin after one hour Ars 6 and so on . Interval to be increased when patient starts feeling better. No remedy to be given when patient is at sleep

It works in most of the cases where aggravation is at night. If no symptoms of Ars is found then it should be replaced with Aconite.

I have experienced that in about 90 percent Asthma cases above remedies show good result in emergent situation.

Most of the replies seem to tell you to take this or take that. Homeopathy does not work this way. It is not asthma take this. It is go to a homeopath who will look at all the persons symptoms and find the one remedy which will cure them.
