I observed that in sciatica patient one dose of colocynth never work. It always take three doses to cure the patient all the time. I am confussed.

I have found that repetition is very necessary if the remedy is prescribed on the acute totality. But when the remedy is a constitutional ie prescribed on the complete symptom picture, a few doses only may be required, depending on the susceptibility of the patient and the potency of the dose.

My experience is with Colocynths is

It never gave quick response in 30 as compare to 200. It has good result in 200 in repeated doses.

Why repeated doses ?? I don't know. But observed in clinical practice

I am sorry. I could not make time to visit this site. I hav to see atleast 40 patient on daily basis. It is a free homeopathic dispensary. I am very happy with my patient. We belong to poor country. Most of the population are poor. Can't afford high status of medical system. Homeopathy are very popular here.

Exactly that I wanted to say why? repetation is necessary in the sciatic patient. Whenever I prescribed in one dose. Never got required result. But got good result in atleast three doses.
