Chocolate may reduce cholesterol, I don't know, but the ingredients usually mixed in with it would have the opposite effect! Sorry to spoil the fun........

I have been giving Allium Sat 6C tds in many cases and never met with failure for maintaining Cholsterol level

Regular use of Olive oil not only maintains cholestrol level and blood pressure but it removes the gall stone as well. I have tried it in number of cases and have met with success.

As long as we are off on tangents (apologies again,) before I was acquainted with homeopathy, an old naturopath used to have me treat my son's appendicitis with tablespoons of olive oil orally, vit C, vit D, and zinc oxide rubbed over the area. It was always an amazing cure! Temporary, though, until homeopathy......
