could we treat backpain case with massage. give me some tips so that i could apply to my friend

Have the person with backpain lie down on his back. sit at the back of his head. take one hand and slip under his back under the shoulder and the other hand on the other side. and hold and hold and hold and let his back sink into your hands. if able and back pain is lower try going lower down and holding on both sides.

Hey..can anyone tell me how to access the full page of discussions. I can only get one at a time and then i have to push the previous button to get to the next one.

Me too, Carol - and I mailed Jon and he said the lines to where I live 'are long'....Grrrr ....so frustrated after having done heaps to make sure the computer is okay on this end (no other problems whatsoever!). AND - no problems surfing ALL other pages on the internet - including this site (ONLY those pages that list the threads for each forum).

Anyhow, let's hope he can help. Otherwise, I have to navigate, like you - through threads I wasn't necessarily following before - which means more time loading pages...more money for being stuck loading them.......

C'mon, Jonh ...please check. It isn't ONLY ME that is having this problem!!!!!

Yesterday there were several messages on this thread that have disappeared. I thought it was strange that after reading the messages and going back to the discussion list, it said there was only one reply! There were at least 4.

LISA.I got it. Go to the discussion page and push on "todays topics" on the right upper side. that got me in.

Actually, I spoke too soon...thats something different.

jonh...does the front of the BB refer to where you have listings for books, etc...well, I tried that. I even tried registering new and it wouldn't let me because my e-mail address was a repeat. As far as someone's suggestion to go to tools....I might need further explaination of that on how to find it. Is it just lisa and me having this problem?
