My husband seems to have separated some ribs. He is seeing a doctor soon, but I'd like to know if there is a remedy too.

Thanks!

If there is swelling over the rib try Bellis Perennis.

Also get him some Symphytum 6x to take 3 x a day for a couple of weeks as it heals the fraction much more quickly than it would otherwise.

If there is neural pain, Hypericum might help. I had to take care of a fractured arm once while I was pregnant, so couldn't have surgery. Hypericum helped alleviate the pain from the bones poking into nerves.

Karin

Debbie,
Calcium supplements may be needed if he could crack a rib so easily. Even Homoeopathic Calc Phos 6X regularly is good enough. But a month on a Calcium Supplement (Non homoeopathic) would be a good idea. The ortho guy would suggest that I suppose.

Symphytum and Hypericum are the remedies as suggested above.

Warm regards,
doctorleela

Thank you, I agree he needs the supplement. He's the kind to forget his remedies and endure the pain instead, so taking a supplement- well, he needs lots of reminders.
