![]() We appreciate Julian Winston and we respect it because: - He made an immense work of historical research about homeopathy and that he put it in his book at the disposal of the public. - He wants to make a work always perfect. - He has a passion and that there are not enough people fascinated for the history of the homeopathy. - He is emotional and that is why he wants to make his work always perfect. - He is noble, serious and brillant. - He helps the homeopathy. We gave the same passions, and if passions spark off a lot of emotions, it is as so pleasant to live fully for a goal as interesting as to make progress in history of homeopathy with some good friends. In this context, Julian and HI are working both together on new projects in a positive manner, all the problems had been resolved more quickly than they appear... and the friendship is even stronger than never before. Have a nice day, Sylvain

Dr. Aamir,
Copywright law is different in every country. But now that the internet is such a big presence in communications, and it is not contained by any physical boundaries, those laws are hard to apply to the material which is used and reproduced "on line". As things like this happen more often, I'm sure more and more copyright legislation will be created and applied. Homeopaths are probably going to be very much affected by incidents just like the one between Dr. Seror and Julian Winston: both very active and very important contributors to the knowledge base that is shared by homeopaths. It is still right to give credit where credit is due, and to compensate those who work hard to contribute! Divina
