I reccomend:
Avena Sativa Q 10 Drops in half cup of warm water, stir well, to be taken 3 times a day (one dose at bedtime).
Nux Vomica 30, 3 pills daily morning.
Within a week or so you could be ready to start the constitutional. Later one may also give Avena Sativa in Potency. 6C is excellent.
