Hi was wondering about what the bb thought my 14 yr. old son needs for remidie? I have had him to a homeopth before and we have tryed so many different remidies that have had no effect? If anything He's worse. He is 5'3" and has eyes that are kind of brownish green big with long dark eyelashes. Had blonde hair but seems to be getting quite darker more of a darker blonde or light brown. He is beuatiful ! all the girls in school go crazy over his looks. even strangers will come up and tell me he's beuatiful. I would say he is just right far as his weight? more of a slender build not real muscular. I would say that his biggest problem is embarrasment! we own a chevy astro van that has just started to show a little bit of rust on it and so he begs me not to pull up into the school because he doesnt want his friends to see him get out of it to embarrising he says ? also if in a store and i cant find him or he's a little ways away and i holler his name out He has a fit and his face will turn red and he gets embarrased and angry. He can have a very bad temper if he is picked on or put down in front of his friends I mean he can go off big time even if other kids are just joking with him . he can't take it! gets very angry has even swore and got sent to the office in school because of his temper. and its always because he said somebody did something or said something to embarras him. He is very easily hurt which turns quickly to anger. The teachers say that he is very easily disstracted . also gets in trouble for talking to much. They say that he is one of the most popular kids in his grade . He is the oldest of our 4 children. He has had cold sores off and on usually under his nose above his lips. also complains of pimples on the tip of his tounge for which he has now ? say's they don't hurt just bug him so he bites them off? He is very picky about what he wears for clothes in fact he will change several times and even gets angry while doing this ? But his room is complete mess most of the time. In fact when He is geting something to eat he always makes a mess and leaves it. But would never wear his clothes if they had a stain or something on it. He craves sweets . loves ice cream,gum,pizza,macaroni&cheese . dislikes onions. Oh he also has gotton car sick says he cant ride in the back has to ride up front or he gets sick when this happens he wants fresah air will roll the window down and stick his head out? also cant stand the sun light in his eyes while riding in the car? he will cover his head up to keep the sun out of his eyes. But the sun doesnt seem to bother him if outside? Oh another thing is He has very smelly feet at times smells like sour cheese and i mean when they smell they smell up the whole room!!!!!!!!!! He also has a weak knee that he will injure once in a while just playing or jumping on it the wrong way ? says he can hear something snap when it happens? The last time it did it it swelled up and had some fluid on it .left knee that is? He has hangnails and white spots under nails tiny ones and a bigger one on right pinky. also we moved his bedroom down stairs last year and not sure why yet but we would find him on the couch sleeping in the morning. may have been scared because the rest of us are upstairs so we moved him back up in with his brothers and seems to be sleeping again. moans and talks in his sleep also talks to himself in the shower? loves to play sports but hasnt been able to because his grades have gone from a's & b's to failing sence two years ago? never thought we'd have a problem with this? I had him tested and he was above average in everything but spelling the school is talking adhd and ritalin but i wont even go there and they know it! he is very restless always bouncing or wigging his legs. Had several ear infections form about 5or six months was on atibiotics for about nine months staight? did'nt know then what i know now? had thrush for this whole time off and on. was born c section was post terrier and stuck on pelvis . 8 centimeters for hours ! came out with cone head from being stuck for so long. He was very alert when he was born . the nurses and dr. said they had never seen such and alert baby! skin was very dry peeling even. Oh and for such an alert baby he did't latch on very good when i nursed him . I dont know if this means any thing but i could not eat meat when i was pregnant for him. also also the test the do duing pregnancy to check for spinal diffida cam back bad the first time and the secound witch scared me to death because i was told by the dr. that he could have this or be mongloid. I think this might be why i had to have c-cection ? I was to afraid to have him? the rest of my kids were born normally. well im running out of time so i will end this here if have any ideas I would appreciate them ? thank you.

Can you tell us what remedies he's had so we don't recommend something he's had already?

I see Silica in this case--the feet smelling sour, and the concern with image! This is very big for Silica-their image. This impulsiveness though, fighting at the drop of a hat, makes me think of medorrhinum. He might need medorrhinum followed with Silica. Has he had either of these? Keep in mind these are my impressions without having actually repertorized his case.

There's a remedy, Drosera, that feels persecuted and tormented--easily angered at trifles--fears being alone--suspicious of his friends--restless--delusion he is decieved by spiteful, envious people. Drosera also has painless swellings on the tongue.

to tell you the truth he's been on alot ! and i dont think long enough to know if it could have been any of them? my homeopath would switch things very quickly because i would do this thing to see if this penny on 10 paperclips would swing or not and if he started having bad reactions i would do this and if the swing would say no i would call and she would change it? even in a weeks time? yes he was on med. but maybe only four days got very mean!!!!!! i think silica but same thing just days? From what ive read here im wondering if he should be antidoted first and then see what comes out? Ive wondered about silica because my husband has the toe nail fungus and this homeopath thinks if he could find us that it might lead him to the remidies for our children? is this true? here are some other things to tell you my son has been caught lieing quite a bit and also taking money from around the house ? he also sneaks candy or sweets when he can get his hands on it. also jealous says we love the other kids more. when he gets in trouble for something will tell us he hates us to? and says he's goin to run away . in fact we live in the country and when being punished one night for something he went out and hid in the apple orchard and would not answer us . he does this quite a bit . he always runs away if he's goin to get punished. Oh this is another thing he was doing in school this year ? I pack my kids lunch because I try to give them food without paservatives and coloring ? but any way he was not eating them they found them in his locker all moldy? and his locker was a complete mess!! I ask him why he was'nt eating and he said at first because he was to fat ? but later found out that he was sneaking money from the house or begging his friends for money and buying icecream bars ect. he now says that it is embarrasing to carry his lunch because all of his friends buy? who knows? he also likes to pick on his friends and siblings but can't bare to have it done back? He gets very angry when he cannot understand his school work also and just quit bringing his homework home at all and won't study for test either unless i force him? lazy tv and nitendo addict . gets upset if we ask him to do anything around the house? but his grandmothers can ask him and he will do pretty much anything for them?also if your in a store and i ask him to go ask the teller were something is he will not! says he's to shy or embarrased too? If were go to a relatives for a holiday party all of my kids are standing right close to me untill they get use to every one then there fine? they are very shy at first. he was not slow in learning to walk or talk either? the least slightest reprimands upset him. before all of the remidies he use to tear up but now gets angry instead. he also love mtv music channel on tv that i tell him he is not alowed to watch but will sneak to watch it when he gets a chance . he sings alot out loud all so around the house. all the time actually. another thing he does is when he is telling you something he goes so fast that he s hard to understand and says like like over and over while trying to explain something? and when you try and tell him about it he gets mad and says just forget it? oh another thing my boys do is shiver before they pass or are begining to urinate. also has gotten sick several times vomiting after eating certain foods. sometimes little while after or after gone to bed even and has gotten up to vomit. once he has vomited he feels good again? when this happens it gushes out like crazy. always wants fresh air! but still ends up vomiting eventually. oh i should also mention that all my kids are allergic to bee stings. were ever they get stung they well up terrible? i have to give them benadryll. if fact my son just got stung a weak or more ago under his eye and you would have thought that someone punched him. his whole eye was swelled up and almost shut? in fact there is still a bump there hasnt gone away yet? hope this helps if i think of any thing else i"ll let you know? thanks so much!!!

Tell me about this hiding behavior--was it just that one time, the hiding outside and not coming when he was called, or does this happen--different ways of hiding--more frequently?

About all the remedies he's taken, my answer to this is, did any of these remedies change him--yes we know med. did--any of the others? And if so, has he changed back to himself now? If he has, then there's nothing more to do in that regard.

Any more info you have, anything else you can think of, will be welcome.

Thank you for all the symptoms. In repertorization, Lycopodium comes up #1 and
Hyoscyamus #2. I would suggest one dose of Lyc. 200, wait a month before giving another remedy.

we have tryed both lyc. and hyos. I dont know if long enough time to know if they were it or not? with lyc he acted a little better and hyos. when we gave these to him he acted better for the first few days right after giving it to him? but then after about third or forth day the anger would come back? wonder if maybe using a LM would be better? im so afraid of the aggravations? we used 1m before? He just broke out with what looks like a cold sore on the bottom of his lip its Quite big and white ? not sure though when i ask him about it he said that he didnt think it was cold sore? he thinks he bit his lip ?? not sure what it is? about the hiding ? he usually just runs away when hes in trouble or else goes to his bedroom and shuts his door. He will also tell us that he cant wait till he's 18 and he can move out. he also has said why dont you just send me away? But i know he dont mean it. He really loves us dearly. he is also like this if he wants to do something and we tell him no. definately does not take no for an answer! Has to have the last word. Oh and he will mumble things under his breath also. He has also had sinus infections in the past and boughts of bronchitus. and when ever he has had a cough it is always loud and dry croupy? as far as his sleeping goes it doest matter how hot it is he has to be covered? I just went up and checked on him and he is covered with a flanel blanket and has air purifier blowing on him and is sweating on the forehead and face it feels cold? he covers him self up to his chest? oh anther thing i just thought of is that he likes either the radio on or the air puifier up on high because he says he can sleep better with the noise?he is sleeping on his back? I dont know how he feels about spiders? i will ask him ? oh a few times when hes gotton mad he says he is goin to shoot himself or hang himself? I have a remedy in mind, but will wait til I hear from you.

I hope someday you're able to find a classically trained homeopath, who prescribes one remedy at a time and waits a decent interval.

By the way, if you want to steer clear of aggravations, a 12C once or twice a day for a month, stopping if there's an aggravation, and waiting to see what will follow, is an alternative. But you should be ideally working with someone, like someone here, so you can be guided along.

I'd use Ignatia 1M, wait for improvement, will start to slip back a bit, and then go to Lycopodium, low dose repeated in water. Eitiology from pregnancy, then symptoms follow.

Hi and welcome aboard. This case is much worse than Lyc, I fear. It looks to me like Veratrum Alb--though I'm waiting to hear about the ice, and thirst, etc. Lyc. may well be underneath and Silica may be his constitutional remedy or possibly sulphur.

I don't see in indication for Ignatia.
