Despite the fact that they are meant to be contagious I have not known anyone else in the family catch them. Yet....!!!

Here's a remedy for you, Pat: Carsinosin!

Here's why. It's known for childhood diseases that come back repeatedly when the norm is to have it only once.

Also it's the great mimicker of phos.; and you want to give phos, but you're disturbed that you don't see the usual phos. keynotes, like fear of thunderstorms, for example.

It's a big allergy remedy; but I guess even more important is that it is a 3 for "learning disabilities" in children and a 3 for "understanding difficult" in children (Murphy's repertory). Carc. can look like 4 or 5 different remedies-- keynotes of several polychrests.

Fastidious. (jig saw puzzles)

Bored easily. (school)

Fears of the unknown, death, the dark, of being alone. Sensitive and sympathtic.

Family history of cancer, diabetes or TB.

Childhood insomnia and anticipatory anxiety.

I agree with Barb that the most striking thing in this case--to me--is the acquisition of chicken pox 3 times; I think that's more unusual than warts or praying or needing to sleep with someone, and so forth. I've really never seen a childhood disease come back 3 times; and even twice would have been rare and peculiar.

I think the fact she's had chicken pox 3 times is because she has little resistance. Extremely susceptible, as I said earlier.

Wanna bet the issues brought out in her praying point right at the same remedy which includes the susceptibility above? I sure do. In fact, if the mental state we'd clarify through the praying question didn't fit the remedy that has the physicals, I'd keep looking.

Just to prove the point: let's focus on carc.

She's got the carc physicals, like the inability to produce defences, plus, all the "warts"; the sensitivity to sunlight, the learning disabilities, the fastidiousness, etc. etc.

On the emotional level, we see the same defencelessness. We also see that she isn't very vocal, but in private, alone, she prays fervently about her situation, which upsets her so. Is she being bullied by the children at school? Is the school itself bullying her, by not providing for her needs as a student with a learning disability?

The idea of carcinosin opens up the possibility for other remedies which are extremely similar to carc, though not quite so "ill"--like Natrum Muriaticum; or other nosodes which also look very much like carc, such as the medorrhinum or even tuberculinum.

Generally, when you see this kind of lack of defence or resiliency, you have to consider that the patient is really quite ill physically--so in your differential diagnosis between remedies you can consider the nosodes. Carc, Med, tuberculinum could all be good choices here, if the little girl is indeed this progressed in her illness. Then again, so would many of the remedies which share these "miasmatic" commonalities.

No way! Order some 30C from Helios and it wil arrive the next day. Give her a split dose. A week after one of my patients had Carc.30 the Molluscum started popping. There were other complications and I went up to a 200 - one dose which completed the cure.

Just because the warts don't pop, doesn't mean the carc's not working.

I'd wait a few more days, to see if any changes at all happen, then go from there. Carc. does not act right away, 10-14 days after its given it commonly has an effect on most people, and often its dramatic. Give the remedy more time...after all, the patient has lived with the warts for many months--a few more days should not be unbearable.

18 days after giving Carcinosin >>>>>>>no change whatever just more small warts keep appearing and the odd one getting messy and going >>>>>>>same scenario has been going on for months

She cant bear the sunshine or bright light >>>>must wear sunglasses

Still shreiks , cries ,gets upset at trifles
Sisters pinch as much as a Lego brick and the worlds caved in

Its hurting everyone around her to see her suffering with one thing after the other

Chickenpox 3 times
Dyslexia
Molluscum
overlarge teeth ( Esther Rantzen style)

Falls over easily yet can run very fast
