Hi folks

I wanted to take the time and heartily thank those of you who took the time and energy to help me with my case. I am amazed every day at the selflessness and generosity of spirit that the members here exhibit while tirelessly giving of themselves for the sole purpose to help others heal and seeking nothing in return. I am proud to be associated with such a wonderful group of people - In what other community do you find people who give of themselves and seek nothing in return? I hope someday that I will be able to follow in the footsteps of you all and truly help those in need. I hope you know how very very appreciative I am for the advice and effort, especially from Snoops, DavidJK, DavidJ, Miss Divina, Ricky and gpm. Please understand and do not be dissappointed when I say that I am making a decision to seek help from one homeopath who can monitor my case and provide continuity of care - I will certainly keep everyone updated on my case and please please say a little prayer for me that my case begins to improve soon.

love
me

Barb,

Did you find a "real" homeopath? I'm afraid it's going to be hard to get rid of us. Let us know how you're coming along.

By the way, did you see our discussion of a possible remedy for your husband on your thread?

Aw Snoops - the last thing I wanna do is get rid of ya

I have ordered the Nit Ac for hubby along with a couple of others - am actually trying psor right now. I crack up every time I see your reference to him as "the furniture mover". By the way that is based on a sort of claudstrophobia apparently - he just told me recently that he feels closed in on so he moves the furniture to get more room. He also opens blinds Even at other peoples homes Good Lord

God Bless my poor children having the two of us for parents

Barb,

Don't forget Arg-n. Divina is very much taken with that. We have to give her a shot.
I must say, if he thinks the furniture is closing in on him...Well, we'll soon see.

Good luck,

Snoopy

Yikes!! Very much taken?! I guess I am a bit of a blowhard about stuff like that!

I think it may be good to do as Snoops says--try the nitric acid first and see if anything happens with it, but order the Arg Nit just in case. Did you see David JK's posting of the Silver series, and his post on argentum nitricum in the thread on Scholten info? It could be useful info!

So, do let us know what's happening...and I do hope you've found someone in the flesh, so to speak! But that's another big trombone for me, isn't it?

All the best
Divina

Well - thought I'd put all this here. With regards to the arg nit, that is next on my list but am waiting to see if there is a response from the psor. You know why I don't want to try arg nit don't you? I soooo see that as my remedy (even though it didn't work) and I am just so darn loveable and nice and he is such a big #*!!&*$ who can it be him? I know I know "individual basis".

Thanks Snoopers for the Ph Ac suggestion I am actually going start keeping a notebook with everyones suggestion for me and start researching the remedies. So please keep em coming.

love all
me

Hi Barb,

I was just tearful and sentimental & emotional when I read your message. There are so many people on this BB which have been helped by all our colleagues.

I think we should thank this kind of platform any where and in any form, just for the help, don't you think so?

Dear Barb,

I know what you mean! I agree that you have all the keynotes of arg-n.--anticipatory anxiety with diarrhea, always worrying "what if...", and yet the remedy doesn't work! It doesn't seem fair! With me it's Carcinosin.
I am a Carcinosin, damn it, I don't care what anybody says! But the remedy doesn't seem to agree. The first time I took it, my sleep improved, I woke up earlier and got to sleep earlier--this is always a good sign. But when the remedy wore off, my homeopath didn't see the need to repeat it! By the time I finally did so on my own, it was too late, nothing happened; and all subsequent efforts have brought no results.

We both just have to keep trying, Barb. I remember one night my daughter had the worst acute--some sort of stomach thing/virus, and it took me 5 hours to find the remedy! I tried all the obvious ones--Ipecac, Nux v., Puls., ...
finally, Kali Bich., of all things, took it away in an instant! What I thought was the characteristic symptom--vomiting followed by sleep--was not what her vital force thought was important! What was significant, apparently, was: vomiting, yellow, bright. That was it! Period! Kali bich. is the only remedy! The color! I mean, here we are approaching your case from this angle and that angle, and there may be only one stupid, seemingly unimportant, thing that matters! It's just like I said about Phos ac: when you talked about your love of sodas, I said PHOS-AC! But I thought, they're so debilitated! It can't be! But then I find out that phos-ac has as a keynote "diarrhea without the expected exhaustion", so you never know; is THIS what the vital force wants us to perceive? And NOT the anticipatory anxiety?

Or, from the kali ars. standpoint, is it the fear of heart attack that we're supposed to notice? Or, from the Mancinella stand-point, is it that the same repetative, negative thought makes you think you're going to go crazy? And then again, it might be something that's peculiar about the diarrhea! Again, the color, etc. (See my differential on the thread about ulcerative colitis.)

So, Barb, like you said, make a list! And give each remedy a chance. I think we all agree that Calc carb. is in your case--down at the bottom, somewhere.

Good luck,
Snoopy
