Could someone help me out with a list of remedies for tight jaw, clenched jaw..clenched mouth, and how about clenched gums.

Do you know of the reason for the "tightness"? Does it result from dental work, headaches, anger, concentration, or anything else?

Becomes aware of it when concentrating. Though general worry might have a place here.

I am very interested in finding a remedy for this, as I seem to be clenching my jaws almost constantly. When I become aware of it, I can release some of the tension by putting the tip of my tongue behind my teeth on the roof of my mouth, but the clenching returns almost as soon as I take my tongue away! My dentist tells me I also grind my teeth at night. The other thing I notice is a sense of tension in my lower jaw. Please help!
