I hope Snoopy does not mind!

Thanks a lot, Shashi! Luckily, someone named Bettina (please see her thread) has written ALL the questions out!!!!

So, I am going into retirement--for now.

Sincerely,

Snoopy

Dear wgs,

You are a man--or woman--of few words!

The rubric "Perspiration, suppressed, ailments from" has about 100 remedies! So we need more information.

Is there anything else wrong with you?

Is this only a problem out in the heat of the sun? Are you OK indoors? How long have you had this? All your life?

Would you describe your condition for us? How do you handle the heat exhaustion? Do you gulp down lots of cold water, or are you thirstless? How do you recover? What makes it worse?

Do you know what caused it?

Snoopy

If my freinds could hear you say i'm a man of few words they'd laugh.
I'm a man and have had this since the early eighties when i was about32 yrs old.I was working very hard out in the bush and got hit with the heat and passed out.
Over the next eight years i got it once or twice and in 92 got hit hard and my system shut down for 3 days.through the 90's i'v had to watch being out in the direct hot sun,drinking lots of water and taking electrolite mixes seem to help before the event .
Although the sun is worse i can get overheated indoors if the temp gets up around 30 c or higher.Sometimes when i'm in the sun and working hard my sweat glads kick in and i'm o.k. . Always cooling down my body with cool water (Swimming,shower etc.) or being in an air conditioned space helps. once i start to get woosey i don't feel like drinking eating or talking and i get spaced out ,lose my mental focus and feel rushes of anxiety,and my life feels threatened , my body feels a bit numb and in shock sort of very slight sliffness or inability to move well as if i would crawl up into a ball in a cool corner.
i had a toxic hair analysis done by a freind in Texas and the results were that a pair of my electrolites were almost undetectable. I had been drinking 8 to 10 cups of tea a day for twelve years and it was thought that the dioretic affect of this depleted some electrolites and brought on a low stress tolerence situation in my body. I quit drinking tea for a year and started drinking water every day which i hadn't been doing at all before.I'm generally sensitive on all levels and have mild Distymia from time to time.Oh i almost forgot , over the last 4 years i've developed what seems like allergy stuff and a few years ago went through a summer of asthma attacks which have since gone. As i said in my bio i'm a cabinet maker etc and dust is always around.I seem to do much better in cold weather than other people and while others are complaining of lack of bright sun and heat i'm happy. i seem to be at my best at around 20 degrees c on a sunny or mixed cloud day. Too much overcast in the winter (2 months ) and no sun isn't fun either.
Hope this helps. Ask for more if you want it.

Hi ;
I don't use salt on my food but put soy sause on whenever possible,i like to think there's a difference.?
I did have the choice and like living in the country in the mnts., but like to occasionally visit the ocean ( for the expanse and being near so much water)and a city( sit at a coffee shop and people watch).
i like being in nature and worked in the mnts for 14 yrs. Standing with your feet in the dirt, smelling all the smells of the forest,sitting by some stream,,dosn't get much better than that for me although doing anything with Pizza is a tie.

Dear wgs,

Though you may need nat-mur. at some point, the remedy for chronic ill-effects of sunstroke is Natrum Carbonicum. It also has
suppression of sweat. So, this would be my choice.

Thankyou;
Not wanting to open a discussion on Single dose vs. poly pharmacy, would there be any problem with taking both ( Nat. Mur and Nat Carb.)????
i do have materia medica's here and studied 20 years ago along with various other health programs and feel i relate more to Nat Mur but am very open to those who make it their practice ,to give me their advice.
