Sorry to have read about your difficulties and hope you find health soon.

I don't know if this is important and it may even have been answered in your posts. I may have missed it.

But....are you using the same dosage cup for the 2 doses per day or remaking a new dosage cup for each dose per day? If the same cup is used for each dose that day, are you stirring it before the second dose?
