hi everyone, i wondered if anyone would like to discuss Kent's essay "The Undeveloped Case" which is to be found on pp.129-132 in Kent's Minor Writings.
there are quite a few interesting aspects to it, but in particular the advice on p131 interests me:
"The importance of including the cured symptoms in the last remedy is quite visible. If this is not done the old symptoms may return."
this is not the advice of the organon, but at the same time i can see where kent is coming from - if there is a remedy in such a case that covers everything - present and historical - in characteristic grade then whe-hey! for the patient. but there are other considerations for the second prescription in such a situation which kent does not mention.
anyway, for those who have the essay - please post your thoughts on this or any other aspect...
