Syphilinum, Tuberculinum, Medorrhinum, Carcinosin or Psorinum, depending on which one matches his symptoms the best.

I am sorry as you are n't a homoeopath you can't follow well snoopy has made it clear
but further I shall like to add something more . Better you consult a classical Homeopath he may help you . It's unfortunate for me the child is too far from this place.
