Homoeopathy can only cure illness. There is no way for us to help you grow unnaturally. I do no think there is any safe way to do this.

Elevator shoes.
Monotone, long-lined clothing.
Spikey, teased hair, held in place with gel and hairspray.
Yoga.
Short friends.

All of these will give you the appearance of height. At 21 years of age, you may still grow an inch or so anyway.

Homeopathy can't help you do this (and neither can any other medicine, really)
but it sure can help you stop worrying about it so much.

No. I don't know about herbs, just homeopathy.

Basically, eat a balanced diet with lots of variety for nutrients, try to be active as opposed to sedentary, and have a positive outlook in your life and spirit. You're still growing, so who knows? You may yet add an inch or two.

As far as I know, nothing else works to increase height.

While it doesn't increase bone length, the improvement in alignment from Rolfing/Structural Intgration often adds an inch or so to height. The Rolf Institute and The Guild for Structural Integration both have a referral list.

Hi Nurali,
If you see a professional classical homeopath you will probably be given a remedy which will help you come to terms with your height which is really not so terribly short. I know lots of men who are only 5 foot 2 or 3 who have lovely wives and children. Nice things come in small packages.
Regards,
Ricky (female - height 5 foot nothing!!)

Just to add on to what Ricky said, one of my friends who is about 5ft8 has a wife of 6ft2 - she's just expecting their 3rd child and they are a most lovely and loving couple. Outside package is one thing, it's the inside that counts.
Claudia - forever having a hard time buying clothes for the legs are longer than the trousers most of the time - for I'm 5ft11 and had a terrible time in my 20ties coming to terms with it !
