Since no body has given the response to you, so its my duty now to suggest you a remedy.

We do believe on pathology. The increase in Triglycerides value shows that your patient is in psoric stage. Take few other major psoric symptoms and confirm the stage of miasm in your patient.

The first remedy which will suit you here is Sulphur 1M one dose stat.

The increase in EOSINOPHILS refers to a great remedy called Natrum Phos 6x. You can also try this remedy.

The other closly matched remedies which also have high eosinophil value are Cina, Spig, Sant, Calc and Ars.

Chelidonium 3x has the most important value in over all condition.

Now allopathically the Rx is

Sulphur 1m stat dose
Nat phos 6x daily three times from the next day
Chelidonium Q or 3x 10-20 drops three times a day after meal alternate.

Yes Chelidonium in tincture form lowers the cholestrol level. A good remedy.
