I was at homeopathic day before yesterday. She prescribed Platina c200x2/day, and I have started to take them. There is one problem. I am incredibly TIRED about hour after taking them! I feel like I could fell asleep at middle of the street, or when I'm driving a car! It lasts about six hours, and then i feel good. I will have to take them for a week or so, and then again if my symptoms come back.

Does this mean that I have wrong remedy or what?

Please, stop the remedy! Ask your homeopath where she went to school, and don't be surprised if she went to no school at all! The cardinal rule in homeopathy is, once the remedy starts working, stop taking it!

Usually one dose of a 200 C is all that is necessary, and if it is the right remedy, it will gradually cure the whole condition over a period of weeks or months.

You need to wait now and see what happens.

The tiredness shows that the rememdy is beginning its job. You don't need to take anymore.

I called her, and she told, that i should start taking Arsenicum, at first c200x1/day for two days and see what happens.

ChrisG you make me laugh, saying what we're all beginning to think..

Sleepyme I often feel a bit dazed after taking a remedy, as Ricky says this could show that the remedy is beginning to work. If it is working why repeat it? If it isn't then definately don't repeat it! The same goes for the Arsenicum.

I think we agree unanimously on this one. The practitioner (of whatever) sounds very unsure of what they are doing. What was the reason for wanting to change the remedy? Did they tell you?

FYI Arsenicum is not even in the "Follow On Well From Platina list" or in the "Complementary remedies" for Platina so I also don't know what your homeopath is thinking of!!!
