Thanks pksinha and Ricky.

Your modem dependency Ricky, reminds me of a comment that was made to me one day when I lacked a chair and was typing at the computer on my knees
"I believe in the keyboard, the modem and the holy mouse."
Worshipfully, AGB

I gave the boy Carc. 30 in a split dose. Sulphur didn't fit. Definately not Thuja. Phos was close. BTW his Mum did well on Carc.

Anna - Sorry can't find the list I thought I had. If it ever hits me in the face I will post it!!

Update - Things are happening but I need your comments!!
Since the Carc.30 split dose the boys has been getting "popping" sensations in the molluscum and some have started to bleed. I wonder if he has been scratching them because the area became itchy after he had the worst couple frozen with Nitrogen dioxide before he saw me.
Have told Mum to put calendula/echinacea diluted herbal tincture that I have provided on them.
In himself the boy seems "lighter" and happier according to Mum. There is one pustule that has started oozing pus as well.

Cool

Is is a return of old symptoms? If yes, great.
If not, taking into account the emotional improvement, it's a close remedy but not close enough.
I looked at warts suppurating/bleeding - which not surprisingly came up with some anti-sycotics - Caust, Nat-carb, Thuja???

Ricky it is not unusual for the spots to open and even some of them to bleed, although most spots won't do this. Some children itch with them and some don't.

I wouldn't do much of anything, as the little girl who had them - well, when she initially got them - the 1st three or four were angry red spots which burst, then itched a slight bit - and were slightly painful. After a day or two the pain/itch, etc. went away on its own. She didn't have ANY itch/pain or nasty red spots after that initial episode even tho new ones came up.

I think it is simply part of the healing process!! Best to leave it from what I've seen in two cases. I certainly wouldn't switch remedies yet, if the one you're using has had some action in the case. The two cases I'm referring too - one went rather steadily (although not fast!) and the other took a bit longer.

I have no intention of changing remedies!! I was just interested in other's experience as I have not had a case before and was not aware of the fact that they bleed!!

Ricky
I was at a seminar recently and Molluscum came up. A remedy was suggested called Athrium Felix feminae (ladyfern)which apparently has cleared up cases within 2 weeks using a 30c.

Thought i'd pass that on.
