Hi lemm,
I think Pat is under the impression that your homeopath has given your dad his remedy in 1M potency, which she states as being too high. However, from reading your posts it seems that your homeopath has prescribed the remedy in LM 1, which is a completely different potency all together. Hope that helps to clear up any misunderstanding.

I didn't recommend Vit B anywhere in my posts! It was Herbal Ginkgo I recommended as this has been proven.

Question

Apparently there is notable aluminum content in tea bags, although not in 'loose' tea. I came across this information while 'doing' chemistry at Massey University. Don't know how true it is, this was quite a few years ago - when the whole aluminum / altzheimers thing was going on. I don't know why the difference between bags & loose - none of the lecturers could explain it to me. Saw some pretty fancy pictures of 'brain tangles' from autopsies of both diagnosed altzheimers & cases of aluminum poisoning - they looked the same. These were presented at a seminar concerning the 'overwhelming' evidence of aluminums relationship with altzheimers. Since then (over here at any rate) it has been decided by 'the powers that be' - that there is no relationship between aluminum & altzheimers. Having read up on alumina & related Rxs & recently attended a lecture on the same, i'm not inclined to blindly trust the pronouncements of 'the powers that be'. Clearly aluminum is not the only cause or contributing factor known with altzheimers, but i know i avoid the use of products containing it, foil etc. i hope homoeopathic treatment helps your Father, good case management can't always cure everything, but it can help make the road alot smoother. Remember well chosen Rxs can help you cope better if the going gets tough too.

It was me who recommended the Vit B.
B12 is one of the Vits recommended. But a B complex would be the best. In the past I have given people injections of Parentrovite, which is a b complex, stinks, mind. But that is only with serious alcohol abuse.
If your father has a history of alcohol abuse is this recent or past history. When did he last ahve a drink, this could be important considering his mood swings.
It has also been noted now that vits are good for those with failing memeories. I remember something about combining vit e with something..sorry about the vagueness if I find it I will post here.

Thanks for verifying the truth about the Aluminium /Alzheimers link ..........I have always known it to be true but know that while the power of the Aluminium Industry exists and the public are gullible the reality of the Toxic nature of Aluminium will not surface

However Daily Mail 19th Feb there is an article on the Toxic powers of Aluminium and Flouride and I Know the truth .,......its 20 yrs since I was dragged back from the brink of Alzheimers through innocently using Aluminium pans ........Homeopathy has secured my life and rescued me and I will spread the word on Aluminium where aqnd when I can
