If we ignore the bladder symptoms which are pathognomonic of the disease, then there's not too much left to prescribe on, P.K. Any mentals, generals?

btw are you familiar with Dr Ramakrishnan's protocols for treating cancer? He gives Terebinthina and Cantharis as specifics for bladder ca and he alternates with the indicated cancer remedy, using his patent plussing method.

Hello,

In Murphy's Repertory, Bladder: cancer of-con., crot-h.

I would lean toward crot-h. because of the bleeding.

In cancers and several other diseases, we do not get the symptoms needed for a homoeopathic prescription. A thorough investigation of the past medical history often provides some clues.

Dear PK,

If a person has cancer, you have to take the case of the cancer and not let the constitutional symptoms influence you. You need a bladder cancer remedy that matches the symptoms. If it also matches the other symptoms in the case, that's fine, but it's not necessary. It's like, if your patient had the flu, you'd be looking for flu remedies that matched his symptoms and you wouldn't be saying, "Well, Eup-p. is a good flu remedy, but does it have the sleepines my patient has?"

Since Crot-h. does have sleepiness, I think that's a real bonus.
