Homoeopathy suffered in the early 20th century by squabbles between the "big names" and allopathy and their "science" was the result. Personal insults are demeaning to both those that issue them and the recipient. As the BB is a window on modern homoeopathy, this should be a good enough reason for us not to be squabbling now. Each person brings something to a case presented that may have been missed by others. I may be naive, but I believe in homoeopathy.

Louise, I too hope you will come back soon. This BB has become a much nicer place of late--and far more informative about homeopathy than it has ever been. Your voice shouldn't be missing in the discussion, but I don't blame you for wanting to take a break from the treachery you've found while having to deal with certain participants whose destructive, contemptuous, and vindictive actions have spoken louder than words.

Thank you for posting your story, and also for standing firm on your right to speak your mind and demand respect. No one should have been exposed to the kind of abusive postings to which you were subjected. Now that that particular "element" has been removed, I do hope you will hurry back, as you'll be missed.

and isn't it sad how some missed the point of the original post? I took it to mean that ANYONE could fabricate a story - anyone. I didn't read anything else into it.

Also, I agree that anyone accused of anything they feel is inaccurate has a right to defend their integrity and honour - and I mean everyone!
