Sorry I didn't reply. I am feeling worse all the time. My whole head and face is boiling hot, my glands are up more and my eyes and head are just pounding.

My urine doesn't smell more than it should.I do have trouble passing it though.

That question about forgiving is very hard to answer. None of the people who hurt me in the past thought they were doing wrong so I cannot envisage the situation. I believe we let poeple get away with so much then they say sorry and it is all forgiven! No, I wouldn't forgive. I would consider it just a way for them to get out of it!

Well, I heard of some people, like me, who think the planet and animals are kinds more important than us, cos they will still be here long after man has died out! and they are called Deep Greens so I took it from there. LOL.

Carole, you need

Nat Mur LM1 in a 5ml or 10 ml [doesn't matter which they do] dropper bottle. Ready for use.

Phos 30x in pillules, the quantity being the smallest they dispense which I think is 7g.

Carole, for the moment put to one side the phosphorus.
What you have I hope is a small dropper bottle of Nat Mur LM1.
I know you are Deep Green, but can you bear to get a pack of disposable cups and spoons? If you can't, just set by one cup and spoon and keep them for the remedy, washing thoroughly with suds after each use.

Half fill the cup with water, put three drops of the remedy into the water and stir with the spoon. Then take one spoon from the cup and drink it. Discard the remaining water.

IMPORTANT Before each subsequent daily dose, strike the dropper bottle five times against your hand or a book. This slightly increases the potency between doses and is important to avoid aggravations.

According to how your symptoms progress we might need to increase or decrease the dose, and this method allows for both modifications.
