Anti P is the great evil, but some deod's contain Alum and others block the pores.

Baking soda solution is effective and the tip from the massage therapist was useful.

To anyone switching from AP's and Deod's be prepared to smell quite strongly for a week or so while the toxins come out. It improves after that.

The baking soda solution is a good "solution" to the odor problem (no pun intended ). I know from personal experience. I also noticed that after a few months of using that, I had to dilute my baking soda solution even more, because I saw that I didn't need the original strength anymore.

There are a lot of commercially available deodorants, however, that contain neither aluminum, nor do they block pores. Some even list the actual active ingredient being baking soda (laced with assorted perfumes).
