Hi Anna,
I will recieve the thuja tommorrow, I have been consuming caffiene but will stop as of tonight, is that good enough? I'd like to start the thuja as soon as possible as I've been getting these headaches daily again and am feeling quite frusterated.

I took the thuja today but ate lunch about 15min after taking it, stupid me. Should it still be okay or shall I retake it, or wait?

It will be OK. No need to retake. 15 minutes is enough.
Did you get any reactions today?

Cool

Hi Anna Banana

I took the thuja around noon and at 1:30 I did have diarrhea, this is not necessarily uncommon so hard to tell if it is the thuja or not. I have had a headache for 4 days and tried everything so I did end up taking some advil today (hasn't helped)

Another small symptom that may be unimportant but I have been meaning to mention is that I tend to yawn a lot when I read aloud to my kids.

I'll keep you posted

Barbi

Ms. Bryant,

I am such an idiot! I just discovered that my shampoo has some sulphate as its first ingredient, and if that isn't enough my conditioner has chammomile as and ingredient. You mentioned that sulpher and chammomile are both antidotes to thuja and I have used these two since taking the thuja.

I am going to the store today for new products but again, what to do?

I know I sound a bit paranoid but I soooo want the thuja to work and am scared that it won't, or I'll do something to screw it up.

Please advise,
me

Ms Barbi, don't worry now. If you haven't eaten them it will be OK.

I'm not sure if it's possible to get a shampoo without sulphur preservative.

Barb, we need to give it a while to work - it doesn't always give a result in 24 hours, though always one hopes, especially when the remedy picture is clear.

If we don't have a result within a reasonable time frame we will try Thuja LM1 to try to kick start a reaction, but at this stage more time is needed for sure.

The full list of things to minimise with Thuja is: apples, beer, coffee, fats, fish, onions, rich foods, tea, warm food.

That might help in the meantime. Thanks to Ricky for reminding me to look up that list.

I am sorry that I can't give a physiological explanation of headache during ovulation. Possibly the hormonal conditions increase your blood pressure and cause over-supply to the head? Just a thought.
