Does ANY remedy, short of the nosodes (and even here there is controversy) actually only fit in one miasm?

You can make a definite case that the miasms overlap in all remedies. People are just as complex, too...why couldn't Dr. Bhatia be correct about fitting the case with a good acute (not routine) remedy when the deeper acting constitutional may still be at work?

Supressing, is not the simillimum, and the reactions to simillimum, contra supressive behaviour,(contra contraris) is confirmed in practic, and in public, on the bb.

Thought I would post in regards to my breastfeeding daughter. In the morning she woke with the gift of language. We were amazed at all she could say (22 months). Last night she started vomitting profusely. I of course thought she was being aggrivated by the ars. So I gave her carbo veg 30x. The right sided scaly red patch on/by her nostril was better yesterday. (See GM please end my madness) Today I see it is back in full force. Also see a scaly patch on the right underside of her chin. The vomit came through her nose last night, so perhaps the nose is just aggrivated by that. She is having the loose stools that are associated with vomitting, dark in color. Smelly.

Yesterday was chaotic, so not sure if that is part of it.

Just thought I'd share this. Let me know if I should do anything for her. Thanks.

mamma3 - it sounds as though all is flowing out with your daughter - language, diarrhoea, vomiting.

Keep up her liquid intake.

I am not sure it's a bad thing - it might be developmental as a whole and best left to run its course if not too severe.

If it is severe then a prescription is needed - please mail GM for advice.

Thanks, Anna. She's still vomitting. Seems to be able to keep down breastmilk. Anything else gets immediately spewed. And whenever she vomits it is brilliant yellow. Had two more loose stools. Turning more green/mustard.

The only thing she asks for is water. (And that comes up.)

Seems fine until its time to vomit.

This has been going on for 24 hours now. She's currently sleeping. Will wait and see what tomorrow brings.

Thumbs up

If it gets too bad, the best I can think of is to give her Ars 6 directly - ie NOT through your taking it. But wait to see if it shows an easing off before you do that. Give it if she shows any sign of dehydration, if you can't get hold of GM.

As I wrote above, I wonder, since speech came flooding out at the same time, if Ars has released a block in your child, and she just needs a bit of time to settle.

She hasn't vomitted for 11 hours now. (Yippee!) One BM this morning, very mustard yellow, the color of a totally breastfed baby. But the constistency was totally liquid; nothing on the diaper, everything soaked in.

Her face looks better.

I'm content to wait and watch. Will keep you posted. I agree with the "releasing a block" theory.

Would a left-sided breast infection also be a signpost? There's no red streak, just pain along a pathway, ductwork, I suppose. As I am typing this I feel a pain in left side of my back. (We have milk glands in our back, you know.) I hadn't noticed the pain before now.
