Banzie, there are a lot of homoeopaths in your area. You need to take care to find one who comes recommended.

If you find milk does not aggravate your symptoms, it's OK to go on taking it. Often a patient who needs AcNit is sensitive to it.
Onions and garlic are OK with this remedy. But if you personally find that they aggravate your symptoms, then of course avoid them. It's a matter of observation and good sense.

I do not know what is the composition of "German Silver" fillings. Perhaps a local dentist could advise. I advise replacement of all metal fillings with the white composite that is now widely available. Find a dentist who is knowledgeable about the replacement.

As for results, it can vary from almost immediate to several weeks, depending on the case.

Your high blood pressure is another reason I advise consulting a local practitioner, because s/he could monitor it in a way I can't.

I don't have a website. I practice terrestrially in Oxfordshire UK.

Good luck.

Good lord, no practitioners in the Bay area of California? There are more homeopaths in California than can be counted!!

Please consult these referral sites:

www.homeopathy-cures.com
www.homeopathic.org

for someone in your area. Call them directly, ask about training, fees, insurance coverage, location, hours whatever. Ask people around you (good place is a local health food store, for example) for recommendations about the homeopaths whose names you've found. Read the information on both of these sites for descriptions of what the letters appended to each name means for clarification about training and skills. If that still isn't enough, write to me via email and I will write around the community to find someone good who fits all your needs nearby.

You really do need to see someone in person for your case, and have ready access to their attention should it become necessary. Hope you find someone soon.

Divina

Ok. I'd check out the 2 sites mentioned. In fact I think I'd wait for another 2-3 months, as after that I'd be visiting India, my home, for a month. Then I could pick up a string with Dr.Kalyan Banerjee (son-in-law of Dr.P.K.Banajee of Calcutta,India) pretty famous doctor. Also, in US, I don't subscribe to HMO rather use Kaiser, so I don't think I'd be abel to afford starting the treatment here. Instead, if I feel that I am benifitting in 2-3 months of treatment from Dr.Banerjee, I'd switch from Kaise to HMO based insurance. Please do not take this as a disrespect of this school of medicine, but a cautious move, by a person with limited resources at hand, and kind of scared. I have deepest regards for all the people on this forum who have helped me, Especially Anna, and of late Divina, and infact GM, Ricky etc. whose comments I have read. Have lot of respect for them, and am eternally grateful for all the help I have received here.

Thanks.

I's repost, now, only to report my progress (good or bad), s.t. others may benefit too.

No one sees this as disrespect--I understand your reasoning very well, and I think seeing Dr. Banerjee is a good choice. If you do need help finding a homeopath in California after all is said and done, don't hesitate to contact me or use those 2 referral sites.

Hope you will be feeling better soon.

Regards,
Divina
