Sunny, that ice craving you get from time to time is a key for your chronic case.
If you have a prescriber, you need to tell her/him about it.

OK, enough already with this sickness. Need to change the title to pre-New Years sickies!!

Last night had a terrible vertigo attack while at a mall, largely from turning my head back and forth looking at everything (new mall, largest in the state so you know I had to check it out, lots of moving, colored lights, very high tech place, even a gigantic pinball machine across the ceiling in one area with the pinball rolling around it). It was VERY warm in there, too.

Anyway....this vertigo is an old thing, usually in brightly lit, colorful, large stores, but haven't had it like this in a long time. Maybe from the fluid in ears, maybe from just turning my head all over, don't know but had to find a chair, quick, before I fell over. Usually Bry. 30 takes care of this, always keep it with me, but it didn't work too well last night. A doc told me years ago that it was labyrinthitis by my symptoms only, no tests.

Now this morning, nose is stuffy all over again mostly on left, fullness at bridge of nose, left cheek and side of nose aching, left ear full and popping sometimes, voice all nasal again, and a headache is coming on in forehead, above left eyebrow, and moving to top of head as I write. Some coughing from mucus in throat. Throat hurts a tiny bit on right when swallowing, feels more from ear pressure than actual throat problem. Mucus still clear but getting stringy, some yellow yesterday-just vaguely though, also some greenish yellow hard crusts came out yesterday. So now it's gone left to right to left again with a little right. Don't know how this applies, but my right eyebrow hurts like the dickens when pressed, mostly in a certain spot, has for a few weeks now even before this sickness.

Hate to be whiny, but this is ridiculous now.
Overall don't feel terrible, just these symptoms are getting annoying after over a week, and I certainly don't want it to get worse over yet another holiday weekend.

My daughter, she's ok now with the exception of 2 separate headaches yesterday, lots of sneezing when she wakes up, and still blowing her nose.

waaaaa, I'm being such a baby, but please, is there anything else to try??? This has ruined almost the entire winter break for my daughter since Mom isn't well to do things.

Thanks,
(not so) Sunny

Sunny, this vertigo is important, especially as it is part of your background condition, not just part of this acute.
Taking that [verigo on turning the head] plus my repertorisation about the ice and seashore amel leads to Veratrum Alb.
I think you should ask your prescriber about this idea, since I have only a sketch of your symptoms, so I can't be sure.
