Again, more for my tracking of my case than needing a response...

Yesterday lots of anxiety over the holiday with the accompanying digestive upset. Also got my period yesterday (reason for headache day before?) No Cramping at all.

Today, AND THIS IS NEW (I THINK) started having tooth pain in bottom left molar, not terrible but uncomfortable, worse from biting & cold, as the day went on the pain shifted to upper molar, same side and has since then switched back & forth a few times. When the pain is on to it goes up through my jaw by my left temple. Thats all for now.

Wait and monitor the molars, if the shifting continues, there is something wrong, i would like to know, if one, or more of them, is rootcanals, filled with mercury?

Molar pain is gone for now. But major menstrual cramping came on this morning, severe, stabbing pain on left side by ovary and stabbing pain in rectum at the same time. Also went around my back on left side. It brought me to tears, I just wanted to lie down curled in a ball but was driving in the car. It lasted about 45minutes and led to having to use the bathroom -- diarrhea, as usual. Pain faded after that but left a soreness on (this is hard to explain) two spots on either side of my pubic bone at the top, I beleive this is where ligaments are attatched because during last pregnancy I had a LOT of pain in those two spots and the OB said it was the ligaments stretching. These areas also get sore during ovulation and are sometimes sore to the touch. I wish i could draw you a picture to show where I mean.

Anyway, I have had similar pain before- not often- and not as bad.

Again no need to respond unless you feel it necessary. I'm posting for my own record keeping and will keep waiting.

Once again spoke to soon... Later today molar pain came back while eating lunch, just lower this time. also headache by left eye. Sharp, not dull. Yes teeth have merc fillings no root canals.

I'll post any changes later.

Do that, and this suggest the need for a chiropractic check up.

Headache still remains, seem to have settled in left occiput after much traveling from temple to occiput and back again. This headache is not new, feels like most others I've had probably due to my period.

I will see a chiropractor if you still think I should, but want to mention that I had previously seen about 5 over a 3 year period for my posture and headaches with no affect. The adjustments are very painful for me due to my muscles being chronically contracted and tight and very often result in spasms, especially when my neck is adjusted. The other thing is that the adjustments never hold, they can "crack" my back and ten minutes later it is back in the origional position again. My neck cracks on its own all the time when turning head, feels like first vertebra of neck, could be wrong though. I'll keep you posted of any changes.

Thanks,
Barb

Thumbs up

Hi Geir,

Sounds good, i already do wear basketball shoes, almost all day, ever since my last pregnancy because my feet bothered me and the shoes seemed to help. I'll keep in touch.

Cool

Barbi, when you are ready, a good osteopath can be more effective and more gentle than a chiropractor.

HEADACHE STILL AND BAD!!! over past few days it's been mostly left side with shifting pain from temple/ upper jaw to occiput. Last night went to right side occiput and this morning I awoke with muscle spasm on right trapezius, can not turn head to right very well. As day went on headache began again on left side temple/ upper jaw and occasionaly accross bridge of nose. Pain is more sharp than dull.

Again this is nothing new

Do you still feel the origional dose of tub worked? The only positive change I've noticed is the one cyst must be smaller or gone because I can't feel it anymore.

I'm very depressed today, feeling sorry for myself, feel like there will always be something wrong, if it's not a headache it's the ovulation pain, or the ulcerative colitis, or the anxiety attacks or the sinus congestion, blah blah blah.

My daughter just asked if we could bake cookies and I told her "maybe later, mommy doesn't feel very good right now" to which she said, "You never feel good"

I did take advil for the headache, please don't yell at me.
