Lisa and Anna - perhaps it's sympathy pains, but...

I awoke today with really scratchy, sore throat, felt mostly upon swollowing and in the upper back part (soft palate).

Eyes are dry, burning now but when I awoke they were watery and puffy and itchy.

I have had sinus drainage for about 3 weeks now. Worse in am upon waking. Lots of crusts mixed with mucous, and blood streaked.

Headache on left side temple/jaw area.

I am currently taking the phos Lm1 so...

Any advice???

Wanting cold pop and a candy helped soothe for a bit.

Dear Barb

My sympathies.

Taking your eye symptoms and left sided headache etc, I think Sulphur is the remedy for you.

I'd advise you ask GM before taking it since he is managing your case.

Unhappy

Geir,
I will wait until tomorrow then before taking anythikng, but it is really painful upon swollowing and I am now losing my voice a little. I have been feeling for a few days that this has been coming on so I know it is not a reaction to the phos.

Also still wanting cold pop which ameliorates for a short time. Throat hurts all the time not just during swallowing, still in upper part, back soft palate.

Haven't taken anything yet. slept really poorly, throat hurt a lot upon swallowing got the chills but no fever. When I awoke I had some coughing that really hurt my throat and was finally able to bring up some brown chunks, it felt like it came from my trachea, not lungs. My voice was very hoarse and deep but betterafter bringing up the goo. My joints are achy and tired, eyes still burning. I did have some caffiene today because my daughter made hot cocoa (with hubby's help). At first I said "no thanks", but then she told me she put extra love in it so I would feel better. How could I not drink it??

Anyway from what I gather antidoting isn't as big of an issue when on the LM's. Is this correct?

Dear Barb

From what GM posted yesterday, it seems to me that he was giving the go-ahead for Sulph 12 if required.

Extra love, Anna

Its ok, and you may repeat it, but the coulor of phlegm, clearly show that phos acts, or you would have been more sick..sulph, may slow down, or block a favourable action.

I don't see how it could block if using LMs.
