On Monday Dec 12th I think I broke a toe or something in my right foot. I
caught my little toe on the edge of the stair bracing. While it was not
overly painful when I happened it has since swollen up & become quite black
& blue. The entire little toe is bruised & the bruising has spread to the
base of the 2 toes nearest to it, as well as part way down the outside of my
foot. It is still swollen & throbbing. As long as I put most of my weight on
the inside of my foot I can walk fairly well, but get sharp pain whenever I
put any weight on the outside of my foot. Last night if I rolled over on to
my right side the pain woke me up just from the weight of my foot. It
appears better in the morning, but is swollen & throbbing by the time the
work day is over. I have a desk job so I am not on it constantly but do lots
of short walks delivering drawings, etc. during the day.
I have taken arnica 30x 4 tabs; yesterday evening, then again before bed &
this morning.
I am a type 2 diabetic on Glucophase 1000 mg twice a day & Amaryl 4mg in the
morning with my first meal.
I am also on Rantidine 150 mg twice a day for my ulcer.
I also use Flonase before bed due to allergies.
I have Naproson (500 mg) at home for when my bursitis acts up, would this
help?

the potence is to low, it creates more pain than it relives, use one dose 200, no more and it will be better, to get it to heal faster, use calc phosp 12 twice a day, for 14 days.

My friend is American, I don't know if the store she got the Arnica she is using is able to supply the higher potencies.

Any recommendation for suppliers in the USA, upstate NY?

Dont know the names of suppliers, but they do have it, Mselle has no problem getting it.

Hi, thanks for the replies.

My friend is having ISP problems at home and has not got her password yet, so I am asking this on her behalf.

She will order the Arnica 200.

She tried to get the Calc phos 12 from a local store today. They only had it in 6, which she bought. Should she take this until the 12 comes?

Also, is there anything which she should aviod while taking these remedies.

She would like to know if there is anything in the remedy which would affect her diabetes blood sugar screening tomorrow? I said I did not think so, but would ask.

Hi Janyce- I have heard that Homeopathic remedies do produce differences in the blood, so perhaps it is better to wait until after the screening tomorrow and then she can take the remedy after she is finished with the test. Luckily her test is tomorrow so she won't have to wait long. Hope she gets to feeling better soon.

Calc Phos in 6 is absolutely fine in fact IMHO preferable than a 12C for taking for 14 days.

& especially to Janyce for posting it for me.
I am new to homeopathy & ned instructions on how to take the remedies. I got the calc.phos. 6X at the store because it was the only thing they had & it was too late to order from anywhere. Can I take this until I can get the 12? Can I take it instead of the 12?
What dosage should I take of the 6X?
Is there anything I should avoid while on this remedy?
most of the swelling has gone down & the bruising is starting to fade, do I still need the Arnica 200? or can I take the 30X I have?

Thans for all the patience while I learn about homeopathy.
