I have tried to find a homeopath and I will call the closest organization near me from the website you suggested, but I don't think there is anyone nearby............................................ ......................

Hello again
There are not many classical homeopaths in the entire USA,so if you have to drive its truly worth it. If you are really interested in finding a classical Homeopath in Florida send me a PM and I will recom. a homeopath,if he cannot help you he certainly can suggest another practicioner in the state.........................................

Default Sepia vs Ignatia

Thank you so much for your thoughts. I really appreciate it!

In Bailey's book on the constitutional remedies, he talks about the Sepia's awareness of her energy and that she is attracted to yoga and dance. He says "Unlike the majority of people in modern times, healthy Sepia women are still aware of the energy inside their body, its natural flow." Is this also true for Ignatia?

Also, if you give Ignatia and it works wonders with the first dose and the second and then after the third the person gets worse, it still might be the right remedy but in the wrong dose---is that right?

Thank you again for your thoughts!

Default essential oils with homeopathy

I have read that you have to be careful about using essential oils with homeopathy---are there any that do not interact with remedies? I would assume that peppermint would be bad but what about eucalyptis or lemon or bergamot?

no that is not right. No such thing as this type of prescribing, there are NO set rules for each ind. patient.
Most often one dose is all it takes,no further dosing needed
BUT ONLY IF ITS THE WELL INDICATED REMEDY!Why if it works wonders would you need to take another dose? You never take the same potency twice,if and when there is a relapse and the same identical symptoms return ............................then you redose but in another potency. All this needs to be monotored closely by a trained eye or you can see a homeopathic proving

Ignatia is a wonderfull remedy for severe ACUTE-emotional sadness, loss of loved one,grief.............Best taken in verry high potency. AGAIN ONLY IF ITS THE WELL INDICATED REMEDY. Long term Chronic grief/loss is a totally different remedy............................................ .................................................. .................................................. ............

Yes essential oils need to be curbed, peppermint and camphor are the two that antidote remedies,I find all the other essential aromatheraphy oils OK.

Default sepia m and weight loss

I just wanted to share my experience with Sepia M and weight loss. It was prescribed to me by my homeopath for menstrual issues (I am peri menopausal) and I found that I was not as hungry and ate less, thereby losing weight.

I exercise regularly, but it seems the Sepia gave me a boost. I particularly relate to the not snacking on sweets. It seems to have curbed that tendency in me.

Default Learn to Lose weight and Be Healthy for Life!

My favorite way of eating is now RAW! That's right raw, as in uncooked. I eat a ton of fruits and veggies as well as nuts, almond butter, and a little meat here and there. I lost 5 lbs in the first week. In fact I am writing a blog about my success! The diet takes some getting used to but is also more of a way of life. I have read a ton about eating Raw and have only heard how healing it is for all kinds of ailments from diabetes to cancer. Eating raw gives you so much energy and it also makes your skin tight as I have witnessed in the 3 raw eaters I know. If you do give it a try remember to pace yourself and start the transition slowly. Learning to eat right is a journey after all. My blog below has some information if anyone wants to learn more.

Why is this thread sitting fallow since 2000? No matter. Obesity is part of a disease picture, but that doesn't give any details.
