Red face

This is a 31yr old woman who has been written off by conventional medicine and offered a hysterectomy for her problems.
She has tried hormones in past but seems to be hypersensitive to synthetic or natural.
She gets so violent premenstrually she has beaten up 2 husbands and broken her sister's arm. She is in a desperate state.
She is very jealous esp. of her husband's children and ex wife. She used to be intensely jealous of first husband's mother.
She feels she has a personality disorder and turns into a different person premenstually.
She 'creates situations in my head and then believes them'
if she has the hysterectomy she believes she would become a'speyed, sexless object'
She is always rushing, always anxious, always feeling guilty esp if she leaves her baby with someone. she has 'never found a nanny that comes up to my standards'
She feels the jealousy and bitterness like a 'ball in stomach eating away'
feels 'paranoid' before a period.
She has dreams like 'full length feature films'
She has night sweats often- wakes up dripping wet (she is normally chilly)
She has a past medical history of anorexia/bulimia. She took cocaine in past but none for 7 years. (to keep slim)
She has reynauds disease.
She gets thrush before period. Appetite insatiable before period but never hungry other times.

She had Sulphur which seems to have brought this feeling of uncontrollable jealousy to the fore.
I now think Lachesis is the remedy but would appreciate any input.

Puls actually came up no. 2 on my repertorisation! So would have featured in my comparison.
She is so desperate I wanted to be doubly sure of a remedy hence the post-I'd hate to let her down!
As a matter of interest What are the key symptoms you took for Puls.?
When you say 1 dose once only- 1tablet only once??
Thanks for the input GM.

Hoppitt, like you I am wondering how Puls was decided with such assurity.

That ball sens in stomach got me thinking of Lach too.
Neither Lach nor Puls in my rep for night sweats.
Generals, sensitive, drugs to, allopathic, has Puls but not Lach.
Lach is in Mind violent behaviour, Puls is not.
Possibly it is the not leaving the baby with a nanny that distinguishes as I should think Lach would be only too pleased to do that, whereas Puls would seek any excuse in order not to be separated from her baby.

I would be grateful if GM would explain so we can learn...please

Hi Anna
I found Puls and lach in Night sweats in Murphy (on Cara) plus
ailments from jealousy,
< before menses general and
mental symptoms < before menses

I think the jealousy comes because she wants the attention for herself whereas the jealousy in Lach tends to be sexual?
I'm not really sure but I agree it would be a great learning opportunity if GM explains his reasons
