I have an ongoing case on which I would appreciate comments -
43 yr old project manager. Olive complexion, dark hair, wide head,'oriental' looking eyes. At age 30 had a fit after a bad case of food poisoning- he was unconscious for 36 hours. 2nd fit after exposure to toxic gas. 3rd fit after an anaesthetic- diaphragm became paralysed- now suffers with stiffness in costal cartilages.(Has never had any more fits) After this time he suffered- enlarged spleen- idiopathic Benign tumours- spine, clavicle, and buttock Tiredness/exhaustion- always wants to sleep-'crash out' 'escape'(he's not sure what from!) He is in constant pain- ribs, hips, neck, head the only time he isn't is when asleep. Loss of memory- very bad at finding right word or name. Bad headaches- feels 'head going to break open'. Lots of tension in neck, back head, ears, eyes.Joint pains < cold damp weather- feels 'like an old man' sometimes- not right for someone his age. Sensitive mouth/ sore throats Sinuses congested Prolapsed rectum- alternate constipation and diarrhoea He likes to blend in- hates the limelight. Fears snakes(ok in cage) and big spiders Claustraphobic- hates stuffy rooms- has to get out. He feels the world is too soft- he can't stand injustice. He can be quite confrontational esp at work. he likes things in their place- likes order- is quite methodical. He hates showing emotion and 'boxes' things up. Sometimes if talking an emotion comes into his throat he changes the subject so it would not be seen. He has had 2 traumas in his life- when his business went down and when his wife had a miscarriage- feels he dealt with it all and very reluctant to discuss. The doctor told him he has ME but he thinks he is seen as a hypochondriac although he very rarely takes time off work. He never feels refreshed after all the sleep he gets and could sleep anywhere. He would love to get rid of all his pain and 'would be flying if the pains went!' |

Locked diaphragma, is a key for sulphur, anyhow, i would open the case with sulphur.
Under this, is other remedies. Use sulph to clear it, use one m one dose. Ps, the locing, could also be a chiropractic thing, so i would recomend a checkout, to exclude that possibilty. |

I wouldn't shout at you Pat!
I haven't discounted any remedy yet but I agree that the case needs clearing and Sulphur will do that. I always think of Alum as having lost identity though and i can't relate that to this patient. Thanks for your input . [This message has been edited by Hoppitt415 (edited 21 October 2000).] |

Hoppit >>>>>>>>Alum = lost identity ?????????definitely a new one on me
Later stages of Alzheimers of course but not the early probs of Alum or Alumina they are subtle but cumilative and then explode in real probs which would indeed go on to Alzheimers if no Homeopath spotted them |
