Question

I am a first year homeopathy student who needs help for myself because I can't concentrate to repetorize my case. Chief complaint:
On left thigh, interior 6-8" in circumference. Superations. It is a bland slightly yellow watery discharge, profuse, the thigh is swollen, hurts to walk, manifested about three days ago. The discharge crusts over, better for warmth, worse for motion, but causes restlessness.
Mentals: Irritable, inability to concentrate, lethargy, disposition improved with eating (spicy foods) no real aversions, purplish rings under eyes, dry skin on face, dry mouth with slight thirst, stuffed nose, thick white mucuous, violent sneezing, sporadic, everything feels better in cool air uncovered, although prone to chills, flatulence.
Any help would be greatly appreciated immediately.

We need more. Talk about your history a little, your traumas, when this ailment started, medical history, childhood etc. Look at the other posts if you need a better idea of what is needed to give advice.

Also, are you being treated by someone at the moment?

Sound like hepar sulf, use one dose 200, and if not bettering fast,( within three days) use one m, if you feel better walking, it could be rhust t, but i think not, this seem to be a bacterial infection.

You have no right to decide that. He has asked for any help, not just yours.

There is not enough info here to be sure of a remedy.

Weird coincidence, when I was a first year student I had a similar thing. Mine cleared on Silica, but we're all different...

I think I'll try the hepar sul. All I have is 30C in the house and it is too late to go out to get 200. Geir, to refresh you memory I did take tub and sulfur this past winter and early spring following your advice. However, this may be a sequelae. Thanks everyone for your help. Really.
