Well, thats the stomach area, could be an inflamation there.or from strain of vomiting, use Lm first of all, gradually, if needed, its the best. Increased and diluted, every then minutes in sutch cases if nesseceary, till a change comes.

Lisa, are you sure your thermometer is working accurately????
Amazing for a child with a fever of 105 not to be delerious, let alone playful.

Dear Annachops...look at the second paragraph at the top - you'll see it went down (after the bath - 1 hour ago) to 103.8....

he's not playful..but gave a weak giggle when I palpated his tummy.

My only question now is: Since taking a SECOND bath about 12 minutes (or so) ago, I gave China 200...and now his fever seems lower than 103(I haven't checked with therm yet but will in a minute).

Just checked again - he's SWEATING NOW...thank God! Give nothing else for now??
(these pages aren't fully loading..so can't re-read to be sure while typing this update)...sorry, the internet is slllloooowww tonight for me...

thanks both of you!
Lisa

Lisachops, looks like GM has saved the day again.

If China did the trick Hunter might well have malaria. Get him checked.

That's pretty good spirits even for 103F. He's a plucky little fellow.

Hi - thanks so much.

Hunter is sleeping peacefully now. He is sweating BUCKETS NOW...his bed was soaked in 5 minutes! I put a towel under him, and I will change it before I go to sleep to keep him as dry as possible, so he doesn't get a chill.

I can't believe this worked so fast. Sorry if I couldn't read this (more like get the damn page to load!) fast enough to keep everything straight, or I would have given LM1 as you said, but 200 seems to have done the trick!

We're also planning to go to hospital in the morning to get the blood test for malaria, and will let you know when the results are back.

I'm sleeping in his room tonight, so I can make sure he's okay.
(did you receive my email GM? chest pain came on suddenly for about 2 seconds while putting Hunter in his bed..and then went fast...now only some tight feeling in between the breasts to the left of center..no pain now).

I can't thank you enough (you too Anna!!).
scmmmmch to you both.
Lisa
