He might be allergic and for this it is important to be precise. Does he already start sneezing in bed or after entering another room (perhaps with plants etc.), before or after breakfast. Any change during the year (spring, sommer etc.)??

Thanks Mr.GM, Mr.Mose , Mr.Ricky and Mr. Djkempson. With the help of experts like you people I am sure I will be able to cure my son. As required I am giving the details -
Since his birth my son is catching old quite frequently . I have tried many Alopathic medicines which gave temporary relief only.For last two years he has developed that sneezing and contineous flow of transparent fluid and red eyes .
He is some what shy in nature and a bit edgy too . He does not start sneezing in bed but after 15 minutes or so . It does not affect whether he remains in same room or goes to another room. Normally after getting up he goes to another room ( no plants are there ) For his studies. His condition starts slowly and get worsen and remain nearly for two hours . This is before breakfast . He becomes better when he takes bath and goes to school or out after breakfast . Now a days he is complaining of headache in school ( he is bearing spectacles of - 3.5 both ).
His condition becomes worse during change of wheather and rainy season .
We are living in tropical area with lot of vegitation around us.

Still to little info, need more health info, look at other posts to see whats needed, there is 3 mecicines for this,calc c,natr m, or pulsatilla, and homeopathy is tailorfitting the medicen to thepatient, but givent that you have used lots of medication before this, and its probably Pulsatilla that is the remedie, if its better from bathing.
Cant distinguish between them.
If to use pulsatilla, use one dose 200, once only, coffe, coca colas of every brand, chocolate is to be avoided, one month minimum.

Describe what he is like as a person? His good points and his bad points. Is he a quiet withdrwn person or a lively outgoing one. What are his food preferences, Salt, sweet, sour or bitter?

This may be allergy to Wheat products or yeasts and moulds

Sure Homeopathy will help but it would be sensible to find out if these are a factor

Tropical area could equal humidity with lots of moulds and fungi in the air

Some points may be relevent are—We got CT SCAN for PNS of my son.As per findings my son is having “Deviated nasal septum with convexity towards right and B/L nasal turbinal hypertrophy , both maxillary,ethmodal frontal & sphenoidal sinuses are displaying normal aeration without any intrasinosal mucosal thickening or air fluid level” Could this be a factor of my son’s sneezing problem.I have notice such problem is common in other children of this our area.About 10 %to 20% are suffering from such sneezing problem,even some middle age persons who have migrated to this locality have also developed this .So I am afraid that even by clinical correction of septum will help my son .

My son is little bit introward (not too much) .He likes sweets. ( during fever his feet have very low teperature than his whole body) He is submissive in nature but opposes even right things initially.
Strong built with slightly over weight. Likes to play games specially badminton.
He feels hot all the times and prefer to be in air conditioner.
