Hi. I am very confused
I took the higher potency of cimicifuga about
10 days ago and have been feeling gradually worse ever since. I was feeling really good before, so this is a big surprise and I am worried that I may have done something wrong.
I have had two incidences of the migraine auras and although the headache which followed each was not bad, it was persistent. Last weekend it sat over my right temple for two days. I am generallty feeling very disorientated and quite bothered by bright lights. and I'm very jumpy and agitated. Also quite bad tempered which is not like me at all.
I did leave it for ten days before updating as I know GM likes to "wait and see", and I'm not looking for instant results, but after feeling so much better, this latest development has really thrown me.
What can I do now?

Go down to 12, one dose, its seem to have overworked, and is now giving trouble, it has to be stopped.

Have done as you advised. Took the remedy yesterday evening and within two hours was feeling better. However today I am still feeling jumpy and disorientated. Is there anything else I need to do ? I am particularly troubled by bright lights and crowded places.

Hi everyone, time for another update I think.
Since last time I am feeling better, but not as good as I did after the original dose of cimicifuga. Taking the higher potency seems to have set me back quite a bit and I haven't regained the lost ground.
Headaches appear to have quit but I have a lot of tension at the back of my neck and it is very hard to relax.
A lot of the time I feel very agitated and nervous and my eyes feel permanently dry with a lot of tension in the muscles around them, as if I want to keep blinking them hard to releive it.
Also the warts on my fingers have spread to the other hand. I now have about ten in all.
Is there anything alse I could do ! I am feeling very confused.

Go to sepia 200, one dose, avoid all vinegars, acids, coffe, cocal colas of all brands.

Thanks. How long do I need to avoid these things for and do you include red and white wine in this list.

two months..and also souer wines, and esp red wine, cause it may create problems.
